We are living in a time when people are being encouraged to spy on their neighbors for acceptance and financial benefit. Democracy Now ran a show telling how 1st responders(policeman and fireman), hospital workers and utility workers are being recruited to report anyone who they thought were suspicious. They are are being recruited as terrorism liaison officers with very little training. Information collected is then sent to your state fusion center run by the state police. Once you are fed into the database you are their to stay. You as an individual have no right to know why you have been blacklisted . So when you pass by one of the local neighborhood watch groups who runs your tag number you come up as a person of suspicion and are followed everywhere you go like you are a criminal. The fun and games don't stop there. These people don't just watch they actively set out to destroy your life. These organizations are over run with criminals who use the system to terrorize and destroy innocent people. The common theme for most victims they have no reason to explain why anybody would bother to follow and harass them 24hrs a day. Usually its done for revenge or spite. You have a disgruntled ex, your dog urinated on your neighbors bushes, you turned down a date. You have not committed a crime or they wouldn't have to use the secret thug squad to harass you. These vigilante watch groups usually have no idea why they are to harass you just that you are a person of suspicion and should be run out of the area. The Maryland ACLU sued Maryland State police for putting peaceful protesters on the terrorist watch list. One was also placed on the High Intensity Drug Trafficking database and had no connection what so ever to drugs. The police had no explanation why these people were on the watch list much less in the drug trafficking database. This abuse of power needs to stop.so true, it's revenge stalking and revenge harassing b/c if it was a crime committed they could call the police and have their day in court, but this is about control and power and playing God with other people's lives...

the Mine Falls Advisory Committee - Nashua, NH use these tactics - one of their schemes to falsely accuse someone, is they manufacture false evidence to implicate an individual as a child molester. Particpating adults use their children and when this targeted individual is walking they have their little kids riding away on their bikes or walking and they snap pictures off their cell or they take a movie off their cell. How friggin bad is that? to not only falsely accuse a person by creating false evidence but to set it up using children themselves.they "use" their own children... how sickThis is TRUE, at least where I live. It seems that the youth are even more interested in this than their parents some times, they are brought up in this small minded backwards town- with nothing to do, literally, except single out and talk trash about outsiders or anyone they have been told to dislike. It doesn't matter whether or not you are doing wrong or not, once you are the talk of the town you will remain so- until you leave or kill yourself. Interestingly, there are MANY murders here that are called suicides by the local authority, in what may be an attempt to continue to attract retirees to this region for the low crime rates. They say they want to crack down on drugs, then come around in high profile vehicles to "covertly" investigate, lol. They say they want a nice family environment, but let their children smack talk me in the grocery store, everywhere I go. They have bumped us, blocked our passage, made rude comments, vandalized our cars/houses- all under the watchful eye of local authority. There are perps living near me, yet I cannot figure out who is whom- and it is too risky anyhow, they'd stop at nothing to set me up if I let them! They had plants living next door to me, from time to time, who seemed to be paid- at least their rent was. She mysteriously moved out in the middle of the night when we threatened to sneak in and cut her throat- how did she know? They have surveillance on us at all times, and when we used to come/go, we could hear that lady saying "she just left..." or "she's back." Well, that perp is gone- but the harassment continues! I have since sold my gun, for fear that I am too stressed out to make a good judgment at this point. This might be what they wanted, to take away my freedoms- I still have the freedom to choose whether or not I want to hurt someone who MIGHT be a perp, and the freedom to sit back and relax, if at all possible and enjoy my short time here on earth, with my beautiful sons and 2 dogs.
This is real. It is happening to me - since at least 2003. It is rooted in the darkest part of peoples' souls. Those who organize it get their power by keeping those they recruit and involved in the dark about who else is being used to harass. I believe they are making money - whether some of them are paid outright or engaging in making it a gambling-based game in which the potential winnings are very high - but the loss to the target is their life. This is human trafficking - both illegal and immoral.It has been happening to me since the early/mid 1990s. I am a whistleblower. if there had been a shred of integrity in the justice process, this would never have happened. An organized crime ring including police agencies and high-ranking officials would have been disolved and put in jail. Instead, they are protected at every turn.Like you, I too believe these stalkers are paid. They tend to be low level trashy, scummy people--I'd even wager they probably have criminal backgrounds. Refreshing to know then, that their compatriates are big corporations and government officials, n'est cest pas? Ergo, what is emulated as the Top Echelon of our country is the pus of the earth.I couldn't agree more, law enforcement is sometimes involved and I am sure that they pick the criminals, the dregs of society , b/c any decent, LAW-ABIDING CITIZEN wouldn't do it, and a wealthy person doesn't need whatever payment or reward they get for harassing an innocent person.

Since moving to Regent Park in Fort Mill, SC in 2005; I have experienced this covert harassment and surveillance, etc on a daily basis.The stalkers want the targeted individual to feel isolated and afraid. It would be good if the targeted individuals could get together in each location and keep in contact.If anyone is a TI in the Charlotte, NC; you can feel welcome to contact me to just keep in touch.I am praying for all of the TI's because I am a Christian, and I was a missionary for thirteen years overseas. I pray that the TI's will be healed, delivered from the gang stalking, and that they will have their lives restored to them.The people being targeted are people who cannot be bought, and who have a strong sense of justice. They are innocent law-abiding citizens, and that is one reason that they have been targeted. They do not bow to corruption.The perpetrators on the other hand are "yes" men and women, and they also use children to do their dirty deeds. It is just like Germany, and the tactics are copied after old German techniques used to get control and eliminate those who would not go along with the slaughter of millions of innocent people.The gang stalkers use infiltration, intimidation, mind games, illegal wiretapping, cyber stalking, and the list goes on and on. They killed my dog in 2006 in a horrible way at Halloween, and they steal and deface your property, and they try to destroy the targeted individual any way that they can covertly.I pray for the perpetrators every day as they are being used as dupes and mindless zombies. They have no idea about the consequences of their being involved in these horrible crimes against innocent, good citizens.It is very sad that America has deteriorated to this extent. However, we must keep our faith in our country's heritage, and pray, and know that this will all be taken care of by almighty God in the future.The Lord has protected me, healed me, and I know that He is working all of this for my good (Romans 8:28), and I pray He will do the same for all of the targeted individuals.I will NOT pray for my perps---EVER! i PRAY FOR MYSELF I AM THE ONE WHO NEEDS HELP!All good points. I think however that TI's should network- nationally or even globally and the reason is, that since this behavior seems to be patterned after military/Nazi tactics from days gone by, that possibly meathead military families & their friends might be involved. These military families move all over the country and world, and most likely through word of mouth, pick up right where they left off, every couple of years or so when they move to a new location and gain a new (to them) target. I have noticed slight patterns in the appearances of certain stalkers- like certain times of year they appear and when/where- yes I HAVE SEEN THEM, I HAVE PICTURES OF THEM- but good luck getting anyone to listen!! Of course the police won't help, they're the ones that authorized the stalking- but I don't think they realize what these "agents" are doing to our personal belongings, pets, etc. when they go inside our homes and vehicles. I have even had things stolen- and never returned- these perps aren't angels, though by God's hand, I feel they will meet their fate sooner than later, as bad things happen to bad people, even though it isn't swiftly enough for my tastes.
All true. The people that do these things are very small people and this is the only power they will ever have. A bully never haves a shortage of followers, and some people in charge never have a shortage of groupies. The small people feel powerful just by being around a firm leader type. It goes beyond tribalism, it's actually animal herd instincts.put it in public every one will come forward

go to the public go on strike put up POSTER BOARDS ON YOUR CAR LET EVERY ONE KNOW YOU ARE BEING HARASED BY CRIME WATCH AND MAYBE THE NEWS WILL FIND OUT FIGHT BACK AND YOU WILL BE HEARD . WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING . DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS .THEY DONT HAVE THAT MUCH POWER ONLY GOD..
I'm a person targeted by very bad community harassment. I know it's being generated by two close neighbours, who have a problem with me. It's been going on for years. I suspect strongly they are jealous. The harassment was orginally started by the neighbours. But now it's developed into anyone who I have contact with, these neighbours spread maliscious gossip & try to sabotague my relationships & even earning a living.
I've been constantly stalked both by car & people following me round. My neighbours family have verbally threatened me, tried to bait me so i look like I'm making trouble. I don't bite. I ignore them & carry on walking by. They've stole/damaged my property, spied on me, discredited anyone believing, saying i lie or balmy. I try minding my own business not bothering anyone, But the sight of me seems to make these people angry. I'm so fed up of it, now I'm get depressed. I serious think they're very sick minded being so obsessive about me. I wonder what's so special about me- can't they get obsessed with someone else!
I report incidents to various authorities but they're useless-won't do anything. The authorities don't take stalking seriously. It should be changed. In the mean time, some folk have advised me to move -but I'm stubborn. I've done nothing wrong, so why should I give them the satisaction of driving me away?
AOthers have found the obtaining a firearm- and carrying at all times- will definitely cut down on the foot traffic around your home and when out shopping. However, be very careful to continue your calm/nonresponsive demeanor to their baiting, or the police will target you too... Oh, and if it isn't too late for you already (like it seems to be for me) try making some good friends, maybe from out of town and have them stop by every now and then to visit, the haters will see and feel dumb, like they lost power and control because you've established positive relationships that they cannot tamper with- wish I knew how to make friends I'd heed my own advice. Good Luck :)Amber - I agree with you. These are very sick people. I've been stalked like this for 4 yrs.now. Since being harrassed at work. Community watch group and a powerful small group of "elitist types" in my community (some of which I used to work for) are the ones I believe are doing this. I have my neighbors spying on me. I even had some weird set ups around town. USed to bother me a lot more, Now I just think: yeah! Go write your "notebook" chapters on me and report to the lowlife scum muckty muck about what an exciting person I am! I read books and drink tea! Isn't that just dangerously interesting? Keep on writing neighbors/reporters! If "I" a'm the most exciting person you obserrve? Then hey, you don't get out much!!!!!
What do you think about "gangstalking" coinciding with legitimate Covert Investigation? It seems, at least in certain cases, that police/citizen volunteers are using their authority (green light Go Ahead) to enter a targets home- and then do the most curious things! I cannot imagine that sworn officers could engage in this sort of behavior, so it must be the rookie volunteers. There are many training sites near where I live, surrounding the Huachuca mountains as this area is overshadowed by a major military installation. Again, I feel it must be volunteers, or rogue players because cutting 90 degree angles in all of your plaid sheets, and basically everything they own- doesn't seem like something they teach in police academy- does it? Nope, this is different. The perps specifically target anything plaid, but also rip our pants, tear holes in screens, cut cords, waste products about the home, hurt our animals, destroy our bicycles and car tires, make messes that weren't there, stain our drapes and even recently spray painted a freshly white painted wall in my hallway- all while I was at my son's birthday party across town! I admit, if I could catch them, it would be hard not to tie them up and torture these perps- for weeks or months if they could stand it- after all the thousands of dollars of damage they have done to our personal property, not to mention the STRESS they continually attempt to cause our family. We did catch one woman in the act of breaking in our home- which local sheriff refused to report, considering we "didn't know her name"!?! And then a different time, in the evening, a woman attempted to enter our home when I was at the corner store- my eldest son heard her giggle our door handle. When I returned home, she was still in the area and popped over (it was dark out) saying that she was taking a class and going to interview people to help her get comfortable with public speaking- I told her I was going to call police, and she asked me not to! After all though, with not "knowing her name" what would I hope to accomplish? Anyone have any great ideas (forget the help of neighbors, they're useless generally) to catch them- and then who will listen? The news?
